This collection is set with Paua Shell from Aotearoa.
Paua Shell was chosen not only for being beautiful shell, but most important for its symbol to Māori - the shell is traditionally associated with the stars or whetū, the symbolic eyes of ancestors that gaze down from the night sky. 

It is believed to bring connectivity and harmony to relationships. The way the colours of the shell shift in the light is also a symbol of change and transition.
