We're proud of our goods, and we believe you'll love them as much as we do. We believe in our craftsmanship, materials, and designs so strongly that we warranty them against defects in materials.

Although we try to be clear that every crystal is unique and may present different colours, shades and patterns.

WARRANTIES OFFERED BY US

1. Jewellery: we offer a 12 months (1 year) limited jewellery warranty

All Giovanna jewellery comes with an exclusive 12 months limited warranty of quality and workmanship from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality or the workmanship of any item purchased, we will refund, exchange or repair your purchase at our discretion. To make a claim under this warranty, simply e-mail us with the relevant receipt and purchase number.

What the 1 year limited jewellery warranty includes:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with the quality or the workmanship of any item purchased, we will refund, exchange or repair your purchase at our discretion.
  • Damage resulting from the use of jewellery is covered withing 1 year guarantee.
  • Damaged or broken stones may be replaced, depending on the situation.

General items: We offer 30 days (after delivered) limited warranty

What is included:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any item purchased, we will refund, exchange or repair your purchase at our discretion.
  • Damage resulting from the use of it is not covered.
  • Damage on broken stones may be replaced, giving each situation.

3. Handmade bags: we offer a 12 months (1 year) limited bags warranty

The bags are designed and handmade in Brazil.

All our exclusive bags comes with an exclusive 12 months limited warranty of quality and workmanship from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality or the workmanship of any item purchased, we will refund, exchange or repair your purchase at our discretion. To make a claim under this warranty, simply e-mail us with the relevant receipt and purchase number.
