Returns & Exchanges

Our jewellery and gemstone are timeless, and we take pride in the quality of our products.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, which is why we inspect your products before shipping and carefully pack them, so they arrive safely to you. 

Keep in mind that all our products are set with natural gemstones, and therefore slight variations in design and colour may be present. Every gemstone is one of a kind. But if you still didn't approve your purchase, you have 30 days to contact us and ask to return.

You can exchange your order for up to 30 days from the date you received it entirely for free.
Change of Mind policy

If for any reason you change your mind about any eligible purchase, we will gladly refund the purchase price, provided:

  • you return the goods within 30 days of delivery
  • the goods are in As New Condition and accompanied by:
    • proof of purchase
    • original packaging
    • with all paperwork

'As New Condition' means that the item must not have been worn; the item must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. 

You will be responsible for the post and/or shipping costs (including customs and duties costs if applicable) to return your items to us.

Our Change of Mind Policy is in addition to, and in no way limits, your legal entitlement and existing rights under under any applicable statutory guarantee.
