3. 70% reusable water: Our operation reuses a minimum of 70% of the water, repurifying and reusing the water to make your jewellery. The rest of the water is purified to go back to the environment in a clean way.
4. Recycled packaging materials: Our packaging boxes are made with recycled cardboard, and our packaging is made for long term use to store your jewellery.

3. All Giovanna jewellery comes with an exclusive 12 months limited warranty of quality and workmanship from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality or the workmanship of any item purchased, we will refund, exchange or repair your purchase at our discretion.
